Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes, adjustments to appointments are necessary. However, we kindly request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. No shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the requested service cost.

Clothing Care Policy

We recommend wearing suitable clothing during your visit. Focas Salon cannot be held responsible for any damage to clothing items. We provide protective gowns to avoid any accidental spills or stains, and we encourage clients to utilize them.

Unattended Children Policy

We endeavor to maintain a tranquil and focused environment for all our guests. Unattended children can be a distraction to you, other guests, and our staff. Please be considerate and make childcare arrangements beforehand.

Extended Services

For any service requiring more than three hours, a $50 deposit is necessary to secure your appointment. This ensures adequate time and resource allocation to meet your beauty needs meticulously.

Service Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service received, please let us know within seven days of your original appointment. We are committed to addressing your concerns and will happily make necessary adjustments to ensure your contentment.
